SUPERFRY 4.0 high-performance deep fryers have been designed for maximum performance with minimum energy consumption. The highly efficient gas and electric heating system and an eco mode achieve the ideal balance between economy and performance. The shorter frying time increases the product quality many times over and is healthier for consumption. The gas heating system with a unique air pressure burner technology increases the performance efficiency and thus has at least 30% higher combustion efficiency. The electric heating system with armored heating element can be rotated by 90° for easier cleaning. The automatic oil filtering and cleaning system and the fat-saving melting function considerably extend the shelf life of the frying fat, allowing the oil to be filtered in less than 4 minutes and returning to the preset temperature (set point), the remaining service life of the frying oil is shown on the display. Controlled by up to 20 customizable programs, the waterproof, color, 7-inch HD touchscreen display with USB interface and Wi-Fi connectivity and cloud solutions makes it possible to control and monitor the operation of the SUPERFRY 4.0 high-performance fryers and its efficiency. The automatic and independent basket lift for 2 baskets is equipped with removable and washable stainless steel supports. The complete construction is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the side panels are removable. The uniquely shaped tank is deep-drawn in one piece and has a large cold zone with rounded corners for easy cleaning.
