The SYV (Save Your Vacuum) core probe valve makes it possible to record the core temperature of the product during vacuum cooking or blast chilling (in a water bath, steam oven or blast chiller). It effectively seals the point at which the probe pierces the bag and does not allow any air to enter. The SYV valve is washable and reusable.
